  • Try and wake up about 5 to 10 minutes earlier. You will be shocked to see how the rest of your day goes! Not feeling over rushed; you will set yourself up for success! It also brings about a sense of calmness and peace to your mind and body. Follow the old adage – ‘Early to bed, early to rise.’
  • Hydrate yourself well. As the weather warms up, we tend to come out of hibernation and become more active. So as you get more steps in your day, staying hydrated will give you the much required sustained energy and warm glow! Thus, ensure that you drink enough water and water supplements and keep yourself well hydrated.
  • Ensure that you have your breakfast. You can afford to skip any meal during the day, but definitely not your breakfast. Thus, make sure to grab a bite before you dash out to work!
